Chaotic and Pseudochaotic Field Lines

Field lines of the velocity field or magnetic field can be considered as trajectories of Lagrangian particles. Their randomness in the coordinate space can be presented as a specific type of turbulence. Many properties of the field lines turbulence can be described from the first principles using the methods of the contemporary theory of chaos. We will review the problem and discuss some new discoveries in the area related to pseudochaotic behavior of fieldlines and their description with fractional kinetics (*).
