I am a Doctoral candidate in the Aerospace Engineering Department at the University of Maryland, College Park. I am associated with the research group of Dr. Alison Flatau.

My research interests include development, characterization and physics-based modeling of adaptive structures which use actuators and sensors made of smart materials. My other research areas involve structural analysis and damage detection in composite materials. I am also interested in learning about MEMS devices and nanostructures.
