Floating Text/Graph

This page shows an example of a layer/floating text/graph. The University of Maryland logo should float at the same position even when the page is scrolled. There are many things one can accomplish with this layering technique. For example, one can simply keep the company's logo visible at all times, or one can displace legends or certain features of a map. The example here shows a floating graphical menu, which is associated with an image map -- this may be an alternative to those of us who hates frames.

I am simply extending this page with blah, blah, blah, ... so that the floating feature is apparent.
