With the Master of Science degree in the bag, candidacy couldn’t be far behind. In fact, all that was required in addition to the Master’s requirements was a research presentation. Thus, candidacy was easily accomplished and will take effect June 1, 2006. I have a meeting scheduled with Dr. Ellis to discuss the next two years, i.e. a thesis topic.
