"hello, who are you?"

Home is right here, right now.

It's inside your head. Home is all of the little things that you've experienced up to this point, all of those details that make you who you are.

Home is not external. Although, the external things with which you surround yourself reflect that within you that creates the feeling of Home.

Ms. Malone had many times in the course of senior year said, "You can never go home." Its true, in that you can never in the fullest sense return to some of those external experiences.

Accept that and find the appropriate response to the end of the particular experience. Graciousness for it is necessary, however short-lived or unappreciated the situation may have been. Be thankful for what has been and focus on now.

Home is in the present. Don't wait until it's over to realize it.
