My name is Mark. I am a sophomore at UMD, College Park. I am an Environmental Science and Policy major with a concentration in Global Environmental Change. The Earth, Life, and Time Scholars Program is quite appropriate for me, but is actually pertinent to anyone who cares about "the nature of science" and "the science of nature."

In addition to my scholarly endeavors, I love music and have been drumming for more than three years. I also have a strong case of wanderlust and I enjoy reading transcendentalist literature. My favorite foods are plantains and Nutella and my favorite color could be anything within the spectrum of green.
