Barbara Jane DeVoe was born on 25 November 1926 in New York State.2,3 She was the daughter of Albert LeRoy DeVoe and Esther LeVine.1

Barbara Jane DeVoe appeared on the census of 19 April 1930 at 5 Harmon Street, White Plains, Westchester County, New York, in the household of her grandfather.2

Barbara Jane DeVoe appears in a family photograph possibly taken at the time of John Herbert and Edith DeVoe's fiftieth wedding anniversary in 1938.

Barbara Jane DeVoe died in 1963.4 According to one source, Barbara Jane DeVoe died in 1961.1
