Mary Jane Troup was a stenographer according to the 1910 census.5 She was a secretary in New York City, New York.4,6 Frank Kenneth DeVoe remembered her as a lovely, gentle, settled person (whereas her sister Rae had a nervous disposition).4
Mary Jane Troup died in 1914.7 She was buried on 1 March 1914 in lot 1350 (Walpole plot), Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, Westchester County, New York.8,7
