Elsie Troup was born on 2 September 1886 in Newcastle, Yorkshire, England. She was the daughter of James Troup and Annie Mary Smith. Elsie Troup was a nurse. She died on 7 January 1964 at Batley Hospital, Batley, Yorkshire, England, at age 77 after being knocked down by a car in Morley a few days before.
