Elizabeth Landrine was also known as "Eliza." She was born on 6 December 1788.1,2 The DeVoe family bible states "Elizabeth Devoe/Died September 10th 1872/Aged 84 Years 9 Months/and 4 Days" which would place her birth date as 6 December 1787. On this basis, assume Elizabeth Devoe is the same person whose birth date is given in the bible as December 6, 1788.3 She was the daughter of William F. Landrine and Mary Devaue.

Elizabeth Landrine married John DeVoe, son of Abraham De Voe and Mary Davis, on 8 January 1807.3,4

Elizabeth Landrine appeared on the census of 1830 at Mount Pleasant Township, Westchester County, New York.5

Elizabeth Landrine appeared on the census of 31 August 1850 at Mount Pleasant Township, Westchester County, New York, in the household of her son Isaac Devoe; the value of her real estate is given as 1700.6

Elizabeth Landrine appeared on the census of 28 August 1860 at Mount Pleasant Township, Westchester County, New York, in which the post office was recorded as Tarrytown; she was the only person listed in the household; the value of her real estate was given as 1200, and the value of her personal estate was given as 250.7 She resided in 1866 at Depeyster Street near Clinton Street, North Tarrytown, Westchester County, New York.8

Elizabeth Landrine appeared on the census of 23 June 1870 at Mount Pleasant Township, Westchester County, New York, in the household of Anthony M. See, book keeper; the value of her personal estate was recorded as 3000.9

Elizabeth Landrine died on 10 September 1872 at age 83.3,10 She was buried in the Old Dutch Burying Ground, Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County, New York.10 Here are links to three images that show the arrangement of stones in the north end of the burying ground.
