Hester DeVoe was born on 6 August 1820.2,3 ( The records of the Old Dutch Church give 1 August 1820).4 She was the daughter of John DeVoe and Elizabeth Landrine.1

Hester DeVoe died on 6 October 1847 at age 27.2,5 She was buried in the Old Dutch Burying Ground, Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County, New York.5 Here are links to three images that show the arrangement of stones in the north end of the burying ground.
