Isaac De Voe was the son of John De Voe and Hester See.1 Isaac De Voe was born in 1743 based on his baptism that year.2 However, the Thomas De Voe genealogy gives his year of birth as 1744.3 He was baptized on 28 June 1743 at the Old Dutch Church, Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County, New York.2
