Thyra M. Jeremiassen

Thyra M. Jeremiassen was born on 6 August 1893 in Hainan Province, China.1,2,3 She immigrated in 1904 to the United States.2 She was naturalized in 1909.2
Thyra M. Jeremiassen married Harold Nelson Bliss, son of George Nelson Bliss and Alice Gertrude Josselyn.2
Thyra M. Jeremiassen appeared on the census of 3 January 1920 at 101 Thurston Avenue, Ithaca, New York, in the household of her husband.2 The census shows her father was born in Denmark, mother tongue Danish, and her mother was born in Switzerland, mother tongue French; I have been unable to identify these parents through census records.2
Thyra M. Jeremiassen died on 4 June 1990 at age 96.1 She was buried in Forest Hills Cemetery, Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.1
