Minnie Ethel DeVoe was born on 8 May 1881.1,2,3 She was the daughter of Isaac DeVoe and Cordelia A. Oakley.

Minnie Ethel DeVoe appears in a family photo taken when Sandra DeVoe was an infant. She was unmarried and resided in 1946 at 3152 Hull Avenue, The Bronx, New York.4 She died in 1958 according to Christine De Voe's information.5
