This directory provides documentation for the Decoder applet,
located at http://www.netcom.com/~ens/applets/decoder.html

This is the 1.1 version of javadoc run against 1.0 classes, so the
class hierarchy does not always correspond to the compiled version.
(None of these differences are specific to the Decoder applet.)

This documentation is here instead of at Netcom with the applet, because
Netcom doesn't allow one to upload filenames with dashes, like the images
that javadoc uses...
