Lachuá lagoon

To get to the lagoon we have to walk approximately 4 Km. Along the way, we cross several streams like the one above. The path is very clear, but the feeling of being in the jungle  still remains.

A few minutes to go. The weather is hot and humid because were are at 170 meters above sea level.

This dock is located at the main camp.

Turning around 180 degrees, leaving the dock behind us we see a big ranch.

The lagoon is the shelter of many different kinds of fishes. Here we see a group of them fighting to get some food.

We can see another dock in the distance. It is located almost in the middle of the way from the entrance to the national park.

A wonderful sight of the lagoon and several nice clouds.

Dense vegetation is the homeland of animals such as crocodiles, snakes and monkeys among others.

Dusk at the dock. Coming from the jungle, the monkeys' screams are very loud and clear.
