in the USA in 1968 by Crown International Pictures (rated "R").
A small mountain town in Austria, in order to attract tourists, publicizes the legend that its stream-fed fountain promotes virility in men and beauty in women, particularly for those who bathe (nude, of course) in it during the full moon. The government tourist ministry sends an agent to investigate, and after various plot twists, the legend of the fountain is verified and the government claims it as a national treasure.
