NOTES: this vampire comedy, which I have not seen, was directed by Lucio Fulci and has a strong cast. In addition to Rossano Brazzi and Sylva Koscina--both fairly well-known in the USA--the film also features popular comic actor Lando Buzzanca, comedian Ciccio Ingrassia (of the "Franco and Ciccio" comedy team), Valentina Cortese (who also had some international recognition) and Ilona Staller, later famous as porn star and member of the Italian Parliament "Cicciolina." And, of course, Christa Linder.

Buzzanca plays a toothpaste magnate who goes on a business trip to Romania. While there, he is forced to spend the night with Count Dracula. Upon his return home, he discovers that he has to periodically drink blood--not to live, but to remain heterosexual! Compounding the troubles is the fact that his wife (Sylva Koscina) is frigid.

This page has a little more info on this film.
