Wisconsin Regional 2nd Annual Pinball Championships, March 3&4 1995

Plaques were given out for the top three in each division, except for Open
Singles Div "B" (no plaques).  Money was given out only to the top three
except for Open singles "B" (top 6 players) and Pinmaster Doubles (was any
money given out?  Maybe just the 1st place team?).  Lower turnout than last
year and no added money kept the prize payout low (I believe no award was 
more than $200).  A total of about 60 people showed up, down from ~100 last
year.  Because of the low turnout in some divisions, a round-robin ("RR")
competition was used instead of double-elimination ("DE").  At the last 
minute, the open singles division was split into "A" (advanced) and "B"
(beginner) so that less advanced players wouldn't be blown out and leave
angry.  The results:
