Research - Computational biology and Bioinformatics My research is driven by an ongoing dialog between experiments/measurements and theoretical modeling. I use a combination of dynamics, structural analysis and bioinformatic methods to model the most salient features of a system, and use my results as a guidance for suggesting future experiments.
