Hello, my name is Bryce Middleton and I am a freshman at the University of Maryland studying Information Science. Being able to study information science at such a highly ranked college is an a huge part of my decision to attend the University of Maryland. I am from the area as I grew up in Germantown, MD which is in Montgomery County, the county neighboring College Park. I have been very active since I was a child due to my love for sports. Throughout highschool, I was a member of my schools track team, and am now a member of the University of Maryland Track and Field team! Through the Science and Global Change Program, I hope to make new connections, gain valuable information, and just learn interesting stuff about the world around me. When we are able to do our normally scheduled activies for this program I know those things will be achieved. I hope to use this program and resources to secure an opportunity with a job or internship that can fit my schedule and provide me with work experience for the future.
